Keeping families together when economic and/or transportation issues provide challenges is important to the MSPCA. Currently, the COVID-19 virus may prevent people from being able to purchase pet food.
We have compiled this list of Massachusetts food pantries to help both families who need food and those who would like to donate pet food (dogs and cats), and will continue to update this list as we receive new information.
The pantries most likely to have pet food are listed below, but it is a good idea to reach out ahead of time. Contact your local food pantry to ask about pet food if you don’t find a convenient one below.
If you are unable to access food from the list of pantries below, please contact [email protected] In your email, please include the town you live in. We may be able to provide additional resources.
Please note that listings were accurate when posted, but changes may occur. If you know of any additional resources or notice any errors, please let us know at [email protected]
Please note that most food pantries do not have pet food except when it is donated to them; you can contact your local food pantry to offer donations.
